Supporting other women isn’t always easy, especially if you’re not used to being supported yourself
We’ve all had experiences with the wounded feminine (and the wounded masculine for that matter), both within ourselves and in our experiences with others, in fact, if you haven’t already checked out Ebonie Allard’s class on Gender Dynamics, I highly recommend you go do that! She is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to this stuff. I’ve learned a lot from her. She is also my client. And friend. It’s a beautiful relationship.
There’s some really easy ways to support women, especially on social media:
- When she puts up a poll, pick an option (ideally the positive one)
- If she puts up a question box on Instagram, pop in a question
- If she shares something you like, share it before you scroll on
- If she shares something you’d like to read but don’t have time to right now, hit save and come back to it later (even if you don’t come back to it later, her algorithms will thank you if nothing else)
- If someone has had a positive impact in your life, no matter how big or small, celebrate them by sharing a post or tagging a friend in a comment
- Drop an emoji below a post, it only takes a second
Here’s what NOT supporting women looks like:
- Calling women out for having a different opinion or Truth to you
- Calling women names
- Slandering another woman as a sales mechanism
- Not engaging even though her content is amazing (and you know it)
- Picking sides (there are no sides when women support women)
- Witnessing harmful behaviour and not saying anything (but equally please don’t fight battles you really don’t need to be dragged in to)
- Making assumptions based on hearsay or untruth
And if you REALLY want to support another woman…
- Become an advocate for her work
- Give her grace when she slips up
- Be a kind & compassionate ear
- Send a virtual hug
- Ask her how she is, just to be kind (not to make a sale)
- Send clients her way (especially when they aren’t a good fit for you)
- Become an ambassador for her brand
- Buy her stuff
- Collaborate with her on something that will help the world in some way
Victim Consciousness is rife at the moment. It’s simply the state of the world we’re in. I’ve had so many conversations with so many people about this in the last few months, and honestly I believe it’s a necessary part of our human evolution. The shit has to come to the surface so it can be properly released. I also think the virus of which we cannot speak also plays in to this bigger picture.
Things are changing very very quickly. And it’s messy, uncomfortable, painful… all the things we don’t want it to be, because we just want to get on with our lives.
But don’t you see Ellie? This is the big shift. We’re moving away from the ME vibe, and even deeper into the WE vibe, which means we need to heal those WE connections.
WE can start by being women supporting women.
I keep talking about this shift from the Piscean Age into the Aquarian Age – it’s changing a lot about how we do relationships and how we do business.
I’ve been downloading the new information and guidance for months now.

Bringing Abundance back to Planet Earth, and doing it through business and making money with and for others is literally my Soul Destiny. We had a really fun time on today’s Priestess Ring call looking at how our Soul Destiny’s appear in our astrology and numerology charts. It’s so cool!
I digress. And I must make a disclaimer: This is my Soul work. I am exceptionally good at making money (for myself & my clients), building businesses (for myself & my clients), building wealth (for myself & my clients), leading, teaching, coaching & changing lives, BUT it doesn’t work for everyone. I am not a magician. This work requires collaboration and commitment from both of us. I’m a Priestess, meaning I have absolute faith in humanity and I am here to SERVE humanity. I am also a highly skilled and savvy AF business woman, meaning I know how to build sustainable and profitable businesses on repeat. I used to have a 100% success record. I don’t have that anymore. I guess the odds begin to skew the more people you serve. Eventually the 100% track record was going to begin to drop. I’m just being completely honest. Because not enough coaches are.
Business is tough going. Clients can be hard work. Tech can drive you nuts. Marketing can feel like a minefield.
It’s MUCH easier when you’re inside a container of epic women supporting women, when you’ve got more than just your inner guidance guiding you, when you’ve got a team of cheerleaders, and a coach who really knows her shit and has 15 years experience doing what she does best (that’s me by the way… bizarrely slipped into 3rd person there).
️ I LOVE the spiritual, self-development and coaching industries.
️ I LOVE seeing women stepping up as business owners and leaders.
️ I LOVE that collectively we’re changing the world in our own unique ways.
But it pains me seeing so many going through the growing pains of business, not having the systems and structures in place to scale. Not knowing quite how to sell or serve in a way that’s truly authentic to them and as a Divine extension of their Soul work. Unwittingly seeding doubt, anxiety, desperation and frustration into their products and services.
We can help with this bit. We WANT to help with this bit. The team and I (and the rest of the women in the container that awaits you) are literally BORN to help with this bit.
Strategy. Science. Spirituality. And Self Work. That’s my jam. Bringing Abundance in to your life & business WITH you.
