You’re only as strong as your weakest link

“You’re only as strong as your weakest link”

Age-old wisdom that stands the test of time

Which got me thinking… what’s my weakest link?

Yesterday I went live in our pop-up Facebook group to give some bonus ‘pre-work’ before the 5 Day coaching experience begins on September 23rd (you can sign up here if you haven’t already).

I walked us through grading all areas of our lives out of 10 so we could pinpoint exactly where we’re operating in void energy in order to bring more clarity and focus to the M.O.R.E. work we will be doing later this month.

I’m still working through mine, but what stuck out for me is my tendency to procrastinate, and my unwillingness to do anything about it.

I’m aware I can delete apps off my phone, install blockers and timers on my web browser, or just use the old fashioned phone switched off in a drawer trick ? but I don’t do it!

I’m also aware I put mad pressure on myself to constantly be better. I am forever upgrading. And whilst this might not seem like a bad thing, the way I sometimes push myself is a solid 2 out of 10, not a 10 out of 10. Definitely room for some M.O.R.E. vibes in how I do my upgrades from here on out.

Knowing I’m only as strong as my love for procrastination and my hard-ass expectations of myself makes me want to break these patterns once and for all and forever.

I’ve broken my money poverty stories, and my toxic relationship stories, and my health stories, and a bunch of others.

Now I’m ready to work on these other bits.

What do you want to work on? The M.O.R.E. techniques can be applied to anything!

You’re only as strong as your weakest link. Let’s make you stronger! And quickly… especially if you have a story that this up-levlling and pattern-breaking stuff needs to take forever. It really doesn’t. That’s just another idea you’ve linked on to your weakest link.

Make sure you drop me a message in our Facebook group and let me know how you’re getting on with the pre-work.

My love always
