What can you do to help?

No matter what your personal stance on the many, many moral debates happening in the world right now, no-one can deny that 2020 has brought a multitude of questions with it.

What on Earth is happening?

Can we trust anyone anymore?

How have I been blind to so much?

Does anywhere feel safe?

Why are we suddenly living in a poorly written episode of Black Mirror?

Is this because I didn’t forward that mildly threatening chain email in 2002?

I jest slightly with those last too, but also, you’ve probably asked them ?  (I have)

But perhaps the BIGGEST question of them all…

“What can I do to help?”

The magnitude of the horrors coming to light right now can leave you feeling utterly powerless. Even hopeless.

Attempting to get your head around what you’re seeing, experiencing and hearing is enough of a task in itself, and the human instinct to want to DO something immediately can be overwhelming. Which leads to 1 of 2 things…

  • Retreating completely with Netflix and wine, attempting to numb yourself from the reality that’s too harsh to comprehend.
  • Charge forth with the full power of your own trauma.

Whilst I don’t particularly advocate either, if I had to pick, number 1 is less destructive. Because you can’t take effective action from a place of trauma. You can’t react to what you’re seeing. All you do is spread your disgust, disbelief and nauseating discomfort around through the power of your vibration.

You have to process, heal what’s being reflected to YOU within it all, and then, when the time is right, act from a place of love, compassion and understanding. Even for those committing the atrocities you witness.

When we react from trauma, we create more of a divide. We place blame, shame and judgement. We admit the frequency of those low vibrations and we end up, however inadvertently, doing the opposite of what we intend through our desire to be a “good human”.

So, to answer the question – “What can you do to help?”

You can elevate yourself into what we call The Rich Mentality.

You can teach yourself how to think, rather than what to think.

You can manage your vibration, commit to healing, or at least accepting, your trauma.

You can implement daily practices and strategies to ensure you’re showing up in the world with kindness, compassion and understanding.

You can be light where this is darkness.

You can be love where there is fear.

You can be independently minded where there is conformity.

You can choose to be rich in your thoughts, interactions, experiences, and in your word.

You can speak YOUR truth.

You can use the power of your Word.

With the power of your truth and your word, you can free yourself from brainwashing. You become invincible to programming, the paradigm of fear and control.

It is from THIS place, that you do your part to create Oneness and Unity, the only things that will cure the toxicity in the world.

It is from THIS place, that you have the capacity to hold compassion for all humans, unconditionally. And unconditional compassion has the power to transmute any manner of evil.

You’re looking out at the world and asking what you can do. Look back towards yourself, it starts with you.

<<The Rich Mentality can help>>

Not only in expanding your wealth so you have more of the material tools needed to make a difference, but in creating richness in the very cells of your being.

Richness is about so much more than money. It is freedom of thought, freedom of spirit and freedom from attachment.

Imagine the power & influence you’d be capable of with that type of freedom?

All my love,

Mia

P.S Yes, it’s Mia again. As Harriette embarks on married life and departs for her well deserved laptop free honeymoon – you can expect to hear from me a little more! I’ll be dropping in with pearls of wisdom, the odd offer or two and even some old school Harriette truth bombs from the AH archives!
