In case you noticed my palpable absence last week, on Monday October 3rd I was hit with an overwhelming NEED to take a mental health day. It turned into a very slow week with very little activity or productivity (or so I thought!!)
On Friday I was beating myself over the head with a stick for not “doing more”. We’ve all been there right?!
Over the weekend, I decided to review my September figures and stats. Let me tell you, it blew my mind….
Here’s my complete experience of September 2022 in numbers
121k Cash Received
13 days worked
40 offers sold (yes really… it’s higher than even I thought originally!)
10 brand new offers
30 “older” offers (either repackaged / bundled / or bought at random)
17 front-end offers
23 behind-the-scenes offers
20 new offers activated on payment plans
19 old offers still bringing in recurring revenue
1 family holiday
1 spiritual retreat in Glastonbury with my gorgeous clients

September was a 121k CASH MONTH!
Better yet… I only “worked” for 13 days of the month!
I was away on a family holiday for the first week, and away hosting a retreat in the third week, and worked the least amount of hours I’ve ever worked since I began my coaching business 4 years ago (perhaps with the exception of my second maternity leave… didn’t give myself a break for the first pregnancy & recovery )
Over the course of 30 days of September I sold a grand total of 40 DIFFERENT OFFERS!
Some brand new, some oldies but goodies I brought back out to play, some recurring revenue, mostly brand new revenue, pay-in-fulls, payment plans, and NONE of them required me to go into “creation mode” to create a course or class or anything.
121k CASH from 13 days of active selling, and 0 output from me required.
^^^^ THIS IS WHAT I’VE BEEN WORKING ON FOR FOUR FREAKING YEARS!
Of course, it wasn’t like this in the beginning, and I have worked my ass off, and made loads of mistakes, to get to this point. I don’t subscribe to hustle but I’ve been in business for 16 years so my work ethic is well and truly embodied. Business coaching was and continues to be a natural progression from all the work I’ve done and continue to do in all my other businesses.
But here’s the biggest celebration….
Realising this today has also given me the grace to recognise how SAFE it feels in my body to take a mental health day, or week, or even a whole month if I need to.
I’ve cracked the code on creating offers that sell easily and effortlessly in absolute alignment with my energetic bandwidth and it feels INCREDIBLE!
Earlier this year I was in full blown creation mode and was selling and creating effortlessly and with so much joy. But in July I was diagnosed with PTSD following the loss of our 3rd pregnancy so my body and my bandwidth asked me to slow down.
This slowing down of body and bandwidth did NOT slow down the cash flow.
It is SAFE to take a mental health break and STILL be an energetic match for increasing amounts of cash!
Strategy & offer mastery at this level is EXHILARATING. And I could joke that it “only” took four years but instead of shying away behind dry British humility, I’m choosing instead to ask you to celebrate with me because this feels freaking incredible!
