Happy Full Moon in Capricorn. It’s a big one, I’m sure many of you can feel it!
This Full Moon is linked to the New Moon in Capricorn of January 2nd earlier this year. I’m sure, like me, many of you were feverishly setting intentions and ambitions for the year ahead. When reflecting on this last night, I couldn’t actually remember anything of my intentions, other than the post I made on January 1st in which I declared the following:
If it’s not completely original or authentic, you’re not going to hear it from me. I just simply won’t say anything.
Why waste my time or yours?
There’s enough half-cooked coaches and motivational speakers / writers out there giving you all the fumes to sniff. I don’t need to get you high on bullshit hope & aspirations.

True to my word, I’ve been saying less whilst saying a LOT more, which has meant a shift in the way I deliver my messages and truths.
I used to email almost every day to my mailing list, with long ass messages and stories, insights and wisdoms. These days the messages are shorter, more potent, and are typically delivered on Instagram. Which may mean many of you haven’t been receiving the Ask H truth bombs in the same way you used to.
This troubles me. Because something I’m also really passionate about is community, and channelling the messages through to as many people as possible. This is my Soul Work.
BUT, I refuse to do my Soul work in a way that’s out of integrity or alignment for me. I’m not a martyr, nor a wounded healer, nor trapped in the binds of toxic femininity or masculinity. It’s taken me years to step outside of that paradigm, I’m not about to step back in in order to feed an ego-trap idea of the need to use email to transmit the messages that pour through me.
If you’re on Instagram, please make sure you’re following me and have notifications turned on for my posts and stories. The algorithm isn’t always favourable so if receiving my messages is important to you, I’d be really grateful for your part in this.
If you’re NOT on Instagram, please join me in our free Telegram group. Telegram is the medium I’m using instead of Facebook for our Ask Harriette community space.
I had a client say to me once that she was wary of Telegram because she’d read some nonsense on Facebook that it had poor privacy settings and wasn’t a “safe platform”. We swiftly put that to bed, but for those of you who have heard similar drivel, please simply read the privacy policies for Facebook and Telegram side by side. You’ll realise very quickly that Telegram is the far “safer” platform and protects your privacy far more than Facebook does. We’re in an age of digital technology and communication… these platforms are a necessary part of the work we do. I don’t believe one to be any better or worse than another, however my personal preference is Telegram over WhatsApp or Facebook.
If you prefer not to be on Instagram or Telegram, and I imagine this is a very small percentage of you I now speak to, please let me know how you’d prefer to receive the free teachings, lessons, and shorter messages. Perhaps we could include a blog feed on the Ask Harriette app!

All that to say… here’s your invitation to revisit the intentions you set at the beginning of the year, and give yourself the grace and blessing of this Full Moon to release anything which has steered you off course, realign yourself with your intentions, and plug back into the magic & teachings which serve you the most.
